It was a weekend full of friends, fun, and just plain boy quandry time. I went back to work last week, after the Dr. declared me healed. The thumb isn't happy but it's holding up.
M. Blair and company were in town for Butchmann's, and were guesting with us. I was a busy boy making sure things were ready, the kitchen was clean, and we had food. They were gone most of the weekend, but I wanted to cook dinner for them yesterday. I made spring rolls and brown refried chinese rice. Yummy! I also knocked out a batch of special yummy chocolate chip boy cookies (I am STILL king of cookie Land!!!).

The company left today, and Master was back to work. I had a full day to myself. No work for me. I slept, alot!

I spent time looking at Word Press for professional blogging. It was a suggestion Master gave me. We are working on several ways to start becoming independent from full-time jobs. There are ways to fund one's self through the glory of the Internet. She has been learning those tricks. We are not far from finding some level of financial freedom. It just involves lots of research and learning (that's what Master's job is for!). I still need to learn more stuff about website building and coding. My major failing is still graphics, tabs and all the little fun stuff you can include in a web package. What I really want to do is take a couple college courses for this stuff, but I don't know if they require that you have math. (don't start about the math thing).

I'm now much more awake then I was at 1 p.m., and I'll need to be able to go to sleep by 10:30 p.m. YIKES!

We are slow at work, so I go in Wed and Thurs in the A.M. Gonna throw my schedule off a bit, but at least it's hours. We have two more weeks before it picks back up, and then the fury hits!

Update on quitting smoking. I put in inaccurate info on the last www.quitmeter.com so here's the new one. Still, progress!

Thanks *blushes*. We had a great time having you. The cookies are gone, *sigh* and there are no more chocolate chips in the house to make more...
